Received it today. Really nice! Love the short gate.
Really miss the blocks though. I don't like the lettered pitch... But yeah, I guess alot of people like it.
So we get a USB connector free? That's awesome. Do we need to e-mail you about that or will you send it out anyway?
Thanks!!

Got an E-mail from Oliver today that said my Nanoloop cart was on it's way. Apparently there was a critical bug in the first version.
Hmm, kind of regretting not ordering the USB stuff as well.
I am sorry for the delayed shipping. A critical bug was found in nanoloop 1.6 which I wanted to have fixed first, so that you don't have to update the cart right upon its arrival. Your nanoloop one cart is loaded with the new version 1.6.1. There will probably more updates soon, it is recommedned to check www.nanoloop.com/usb/one.html regularly for new versions and additional software or follow nanoloop on twitter (http://twitter.com/nanoloop).
Nanoloop does not come with a printed manual. Please visit www.nanoloop.com to download the manual when you have received your order (the manual is not yet online but will be uploaded in the next days).

Just placed an order.
Happy to hear about the short gate envelope (been wanting that), FM and free running lfo. Cool!

Re: What mic do you use to record handhelds? Or do you prefer line-in? (23 replies, posted in Audio Production)
It's not a bad idea at all. That small speaker has an effect to it as well.
If you use it properly in a mix, it'll sound interesting for sure.
I'm thinking a small diaphragm mic.
Røde M3 is perhaps a good cheap alternative.

Could you shine some light on what it will feature software-wise more precisely? Thanks.

That cart design is fantastic. Now I'm actually intrigued... Might there be different interesting features compared to 1.3 -> 1.5? I hope so.

When you bring back the FM modulation from pre 1.3, I'll buy it.
