The guru codes point towards faulty ram or chips, but I only know this much.

If you have spare ram switch them out and give it a try, as I'm fairly sure that's your problem. I've had the same codes with ram heavy programs until I upgraded my 1200 to have a higher capacity.

Check that all chips are seated properly too.

this is something I've been dreaming of for almost half a decade

synthesis is synonymous through any digital application- I don't get this thread.

They are awesome guys, but unfortunately they broke up shortly after I recorded them so I don't think my work will see the light of day.
Some of them kick around in King Lagoon's Flying Swordfish Dance Band, another great live act!

As far as chipmusic goes, it's debatable whether or not my new music should belong here, but I'm interested to see what you guys think.

Funky/House music

The majority of this is made up of recordings I made earlier this year with a Brighton samba band named Caracazul, and re-appropriated toys, notably  Yamaha PSS-130 and a selection of ELC toys, I have also snuck a little 8580 in there!

nothing special, just pitch changes, shorting the chip blob to make glitches, body contact to 'flange' the sound
all of these toys have a single chip that triggers sounds and a few resistors on the board
