hmm that is strange. I would advise you to try it with game boy color as that's the only one I have really tested.
Also maybe youve changed something in the .ini file

did you play the songs you wanted to record?
Saves are in the nvram folder for example lsdj.nv
The vgm recording starts automatically for me. It creates a vgm file where the mess.exe is located. Try some game or a Snorpung demo for example
So, MESS is very much so not user friendly. Is there a way to make just force it to recognize a BIOS file?
You have to put the bios file (gameboy.zip gbcolor.zip etc) into a roms/ subdirectory (like in mame)
Hey guys!
If anyone needs to convert some lsdj songs to standalone roms, here is some helpful software.
Cheers,
I hope it helps
OMG bitshifter in Poland. That weekend is going to be epic!
If anybody is interested Ive uploaded the sources. They are available at my github
Great, thanks. I've also added some info over here: http://toolsforscholars.com/defmon/doku cs:dinsync
https://instagram.com/p/z8LLU-RzvQ/
Hey, I just want you guys to know that the adapters are ready to go
It fits into the user port
The adapter lets defmon output:
-LSDJ sync signal
-nanoloop sync signal
-midi clock
-din sync
-clock signal with adjustable resolution from 24ppqn to 2ppqn for Korg Volcas, TE Pocket Operators, Arturia Microbrute, MI Anushri etc
It should also work with Prophet64
Price with worldwide postage: 36EUR
I will post the sources in about a week if anybody is interested
There is also an upcoming project from Poland called uk1541
In my opinion if you go only for the trackers and not for demos I think that sd2iec is a good option. Especially since it's DIY friendly
BUMP because people in Brazil don't know what the fuck they are and only care about minibrute and those kind of crap.
I feel you man! I have a similiar situation in Poland.
I would suggest posting also on the MI forums and elektronauts. That's where I sell most of my musical gear.
PS: Dunno about the Nord but the price for the shruthi is a steal
