The app is free and comes with 110 songs installed from 51 teams, and also sells a 250 song pack for $1.99
The teams being the cracker teams that used the songs in their cracks/hacks (ORiON, PHROZEN CREW, tPORt, DEViANCE, FFF, BRD, ect ect)
with no mention of the actual song authors.
Example: uCF is attributed to Monday when Rez made it. Turrican (Intro) and SnD.
So looks like they just grabbed some songs from keygenmusic.net and slapped them in a app and just acknowledged the cracker teams.
A screenshot in the app store displays other songs (I guess from the pack) that shows the track name, cracker team and the name of the crack.

Intriguing.

Time to dig out the genesis out of the closet!

When I first saw this I was excited. It sounded like the keygen site had made a app like the SidPlayer app. "All the keygen mods on my iPod? Sign me up!" But after grabbing it an giving a look-see, it started to smelly fishy. And not in the good way.

Looks like the taugames site doesn't even mention the app. As of last I checked

I was browsing through some of the new release on the app store a bit ago and found just released app for keygen music. www.midigen.com and www.taugames.com are the publisher and developer.
I wonder if it was legit or not?
They have 51 teams (as they put it in the app) on there, so I assume that the musicians are behind it.
They do have 250 song pack for $1.99 which kinda made me question it.

Heres a link to the app...

You are a horizontal scroller dude, but those re not produced anymore sad How come Xexex is not on your list, then?

Regarding Darius, though, I gotta say I *really* liked Darius Gaiden. But that's the only one.

Never got to play it, not enough time plus one can't play every single one emulation or no.
But I do love both vert and horz(?) shooters so I don't see anything wrong with liking side scrollers just because the industry is scared of them or whatever.

Speaking of which  Gaiares and Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer
Also Phelios and Truxton.
