I could see it. But I'd be very picky about what game of was in. Chipfan08

As for me, I had a lot of loopable songs that were unreleased, gotta sort through and bundle them. What's a good length for a loopable song?

Great artists such as bclikesyou and myself use them tongue

I have no problem with their quality and their processor is better then the gb so no freezes and stuff.

Edit: you can listen to either of our albums, they were recorded with them.

And as for your mixer, that is waaaaaay way more than you need like, ever unless you're doing a gameboy+live band thing.

I could really use that mixer actually. yikes

Edit: also, get an sp. They got the whole package except you'd need a headphone adapter

My classical setup. For when I'm (trying) to write new stuff. Improv is key.

Those speakers are perfect for busking.

Edit: [ I post in here a lot ]

I really like As Stars. And not just because it's 2xlsdj. I agree that it needs a better ending. I also feel as some sections are too long in a repetitive sense. I have an idea: you should slow the tempo down at the end until it becomes nice and funky, then end with a chord.

I could show you what I mean better then saying it, but I don't ask for .savs. wink

Anyway, looking forward to seeing what else you've got. smile
(Mebbee I'll cover As Stars, I like it that much)

Sounds like he has a sav of his songs saved on his computer. It was only afterwards that it messed up. What I mean is, you shouldn't have to worry about his savs. He already has them. I'd just take the battery out and the such.

Edit: is the sav working fine in the emulator?

Also helps if you got the AGS's processing power. I can multitrack fine by using the solo and mute features. No hiccups.

I'm dreading doing the mixing for my next release, because it's going to not just be 2xlsdj. Which means I'm going to have to actually work to fit things into the mix just right. Ugh. Lazy. . .

For my album I did a little eq-ing. Barely any, just a little high and low end in flstudio. I also put a tiny bit of reverb that's not too noticeable unless a track stopped. But the main thing I did was take one gameboy and slightly pan it to the left less than a second, and the same thing with the other gameboy but to the right. Then had the original tracks play at the correct timing. It opened the soundscape some.
But besides that it's all lsdj contained.

Other tracks (the only one available to public is Impact from the pxl-bot comp) have no reverb and different panning percentages.

Honestly, I get most songs pretty much done between a day and a week. Then I spend a week reviewing it and changing little details.
It depends on how the musician is. Some start a track strong, some finish it strong instead.

And yeah, like Frosty said, it depends on how much I like it. The more I like it, the longer it takes for me, because I get all picky.

I love my omichord. It takes a minute to get used to, but you can get some good stuff out of it. wink
Right now it's controlling my microkorg that has some chiptune-ish settings.

A cool thing about the om-300 is if you play it with a pick or your nail it gets a gating effect. It's because the design on the pad has lines that break up the touch.
