what a coincidence I was just thinking about this and remembered trusty ol' cm.org and this is was the first thread. glad people have some interest in modding these consoles considering they are becoming readily available and cheap.

Im pretty sure its done the same way making sure you have a Stereo 1/4 female jack. ask Katsumbhong. He does a lot of 1/4 pro sound mods

Yeah just looked them up they're called Flexi discs and apparently deteriorate after a few plays but I'm not sure. You learn something new everyday ha.
