Get an Akai S20. It's like the worlds shittiest MPC!
It's pretty fun though, gives a nice 12-bit grit to the samples, and although the onboard sequencer is fucking shit, it's still a neat sampler.

The Novation A-Station has some pretty neat sounds but fuck me it's a bitch to program.

Boss BX-80
Pretty cheap barebones 8-channel stereo mixer with EQ, SEND/RETURN, overload lights, mic/gain and those lights that go up and down with the signal. Fun.
Pretty sturdy.
They lack mute channel buttons, but that's pretty easy to mod in.
