Re: Favorite tempo (76 replies, posted in General Discussion)
You guys who don't know your tempos need to throw your mp3s into Mixmeister's BPM Analyzer yo.
I don't have a favorite tempo or BPM. I always switch it up because variety is the spice of life.

However you connected it to flash the rom on, connect it the same way.
Connect it with the cartridge out of the gameboy and plugged directly into the computer.
Edit: I was going to say "did you try searching the forums?" but it was a bit difficult to skim through the threads on this topic to actually figure out this seemingly intuitive process of connecting a storage device to a computer. I ended up googling "how to flash a gameboy cartridge"

Re: Four//Four -- A rhythm game. (4 replies, posted in Releases)
Yeah I have unity web player and all that. I can run the attack on titan fangame (albeit very slow and choppy and unplayable) but this game gives me a "Directx9 Compatible Graphics Card Required. Make sure you have video drivers installed" after the loading screen.
My mobile device died several weeks ago. I'll look forward to it when I get a new one though.

Man... my computer is too out-dated to play this sounds awesome though. I loved your other game.

I'm not very partial to favorite threads. But I suppose !this probably has to be my favorite favorite favorite thread.
http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/12175 oundtrack/ is the one that got me most excited, though.

Actually, I agree. This sound is a return to fundamentals I've been missing quite a bit. Good job.
"Nailed It" certainly has that fist pump party feel to it. The rest feels completely different though. Maybe I missed something fundamental in information chase. *goes to listen to it a couple dozen more times*
I remember "Nailed It" when you first posted it . The title exudes your excitement upon completion. It felt kind of weak as an opener compared to the rest which are a step or two above in my opinion (such interesting stuff going on!). It's still a really cool and catchy tune, and a nice get-it-goinger. Also, it gives "Afternoon at Last" a nice springboard.
I liked the random little doodly-doos that kept occuring near the ends of the tracks
I was kind of avoiding this release for a while for I don't know why, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. (^_^)b

Really anything mild and plastic-safe. Simple Green is my fav too.
I remember the first time we heard of the stuff - the company was just getting started, and seriously, a door-to-door salesman came up with a spray bottle and gave us a demo. He kept spraying it in his mouth to show us how safe it was... my parents were like "STOP IT WE'LL BUY IT ALREADY" and we've used it in this family ever since.
Hahaha Nice. I'll have to try some of that stuff.
Edit: with a good rubbing.

You're not helping yourself by doing that, but then you probably aren't trying to. Are you still trying to sell this here? Cuz if not I'm nominating this thread for closure :\

The Golden Gameboy Saga Continues.
I hereby decree that any and all rippy-offy modded Gameboy sales from now on be referred to as "Golden Gameboys"
Edit: And it's even more golden if the seller sees the error of his ways and repents beautifully.
Edit: And repents horrendously.
Also (not sure if anyone mentioned this) the PiL gameboys weren't released in 1989... I think it was 92-93?
the clear version came out in 1995

OH come on you guys. This did not need to escalate to this extant :\
... not useful for "chiptuners"...
The world does not revolve around chipmusic. Granted he did post HERE at a chipmusic forum, but still... just because it has "no useful mods for chiptune" doesn't mean it has no merit at all and isn't worth a bit of doe.
Edit: just trying to bring a bit of balance to the force
