Wow. That's exactly what I meant when I made my first suggestion.

From what I understand, MIDINES 2.0 as a finished product was unreleased and featured some special DJ mode or something. I was trying to find photos of this in action (they exist, I've seen em!) but no luck. I believe Don Miller was supposed to be involved in some way as well.

@pathogenic: I'm not sure how knowledgeable you are with Octamed or what version you are using, but MIDI is generally pretty wonky with note offs on any version of Octamed I've used. Octamed 5 doesn't recognize proper patch changes via player command. Perhaps it's that?

Unless there's something I'm overlooking, Vegaplay should work the same way:

Not sure about expansion audio though.

I must be the only one xik didn't rip off. I've gotten a MIDINES anytime I've ordered.

The n8 doesn't have a NSF player though, right?

I wouldn't know. Chipmusic sucks. wink

I love how hypocritical some of you shitlords are. And publicly talk about it too?

8bc is alive and well.

To everyone *not* signed up to the RG mailing list/those who didn't receive the message: all orders are going out this week. While you're waiting, go sign up so you don't miss the next message. http://www.radiograffiti.org

PR8/Pulsar/NTRQ seem to work without error. Tested using famicom n8 w/ nes/famicom converter on American NES.

I haven't been able to get a straight answer about n8 compatibility w/ the Neil Baldwin series from anyone. Thankfully my n8 showed up in the mail today.

I WILL NOW KNOW FOR SURE.

I forgot the smiley. wink

Lol @ Arduino. Arduino is a development tool and has so much bloat that you pay for without ever using. All you need from an arduino is the Atmega and crystal. the Atmega happens to be cheaper than the on-board FTDI! (granted the model)

Yeah. $8 for a fucking pro-mini knock-off on ebay is hilarious isn't it?

Elitist techno-hipster.

Why reverse the MIDINES? Leave his shit alone.

Write a new program for use with n8/pp and come up with an Arduino solution.
