You'd have to put it behind the polarizer, on top of the diffuser.

Wow that is is straight chillin' dopesicles my man.

A lot of these things do translate into english, they just use different aphorisms.

This is where translation becomes an art and not a science—you have to know when an aphorism in one language won't render well in another, and what comparable aphorism may capture the spirit of the original idiom.

For example, the "everytime to have for a little joke" aphorism is probably well conveyed by saying something like "he's such a kidder."

That said, I don't speak German, so I'm not really the most qualified person here.

As for the ".de domain in english" being a convention, you could always render the site in german and english, and put the english site on a subdomain or a different TLD, such as "en.whatweplay.de" or "whatweplay.de/en/"

Now someone just needs to make an NES demo montage of The Wizard of Oz!

For real though, this is fucking phenomenal and I think you've attained the height of the art. I cannot imagine your final product possibly being better. This is a masterpiece.

Whoah, cool, thanks for stopping in to give us the juicy tech details!

Don't mind the haters, we are just silly people on the internet. It is cool that you thought of this and then made it; people (myself included) joking about the looks shouldn't be payed any mind.

I know, right? I didn't think I could cringe and chuckle simultaneously that many times in ten minutes.

"people love chiptune, but it's so hard to make!"

Hopefully they can get the narrator from the Dr. Drum promo video.

On the upside, now those of us with Game Boys modded all to hell can feel less like gimmicks.

I finally got on the 'Cloud: http://soundcloud.com/telerophon

As a bonus, I dropped an arrangement of Squarepusher song I made in iOS nanoloop, so enjoy that if you'd like. smile

I mean, I'd assume the headphone amp daughterboard is included with the back PCB when he replaced it.

All I can think of is a bad solder somewhere, but I wouldn't know where to start troubleshooting that if it's been redone over and over.

Maybe part of the RCA for the right channel shorts when you close it?

Maybe take it apart and try to fix it, or call the service center for the manufacturer and see what they'll charge to fix it?

…Is there a specific one you are looking for?

I picked up a couple of half-clock DMG oscillators from Nonfinite a while ago.

For the record, that is a stereo pcb mount linear wheel potentiometer.

i don't think you can just "hack" an image into a program that does not display an image without knowing any asm actually

Yeah, the assumption would be that you had graphics in the can or a buddy to help you with that part. There was someone on here who was patching custom graphics into ROMs for people as a favor for a while.
