it sounds like you're looking for strong melodies but technical drum lines but not breakcore/breakbeat
I haven't heard too much that's like that.

In spring 09, I was going to school for youth ministry, but I never got my GI Bill from the national guard. I had to drop out. I would love to contiune that degree, but I can't afford it. I have been working random jobs for the last three years. Gamestop to Heidi's (a deli) to Walmart for a year to Buffalo Wild Wings for a year and a half to Heidi's again. I'm looking for another job now cause I'm moving cross town

When a couple of different people from the datathrash crew told me they wished i was at blip this last year to chill. In person, I have only met four people outside of denver that do chip, and none of them were there. That was pretty surreal.
When I played in philly last october. SKGB and friends were rad dudes and dudettes
When someone said the recording of that set was one of their favorite releases last year. damn humbling to hear that
When people have real discussions. People care here. I'd rather have options than a hive mind

cheapchoons are really the only electronic I listen to, other than the breakcore that finds its way in
I mostly listen to every shade of hardcore
As I Lay Dying/ August Burns Red/ Parkway Drive for metalcore
Oceano/ Emmure/ The Acacia Strain/ Those Who Fear for heavy, beatdowny type stuff
Madball/ Terror/ Dynasty for straight hardcore
Heavy Heavy Low Low/ Duck Duck Goose/ The Number Twelve Looks Like You/ The Locust cause you gotta get ur weird on sometimes
and too many other random bands, The Chariot, Norma Jean, A Plea For Purging, Sleeping Giant. If it is hardcore, I've probably heard it and have an opinion
Other music, I listen to a lot of other things here and there.
