I kind of hope this is one of those "I expect people to work for exposure" deals so that we can have a good crusade thread. Those are always fun.

With a Roland Cube, do you use a mixer for multiple gameboys? If you do, how do you power "portable" mixer?
Sometimes I just use a headphone splitter backwards and be careful with my volume, but most of the time I'm only using one thing at a time.

I've been hunting for Mark Denardo's stuff for a little while, especially the vocal version of "Impala 66."
So I'm not alone. I've been meaning to make an edit of the instrumental and the audio in the movie.

This is extremely exciting for me. I love sample based trackers but I don't want to buy a psp.

IT HAS A TAP TEMPO FEATURE!?!??!?!
Put the cursor over the tempo and hit "A" a few times.

Wut? As in the the key repeat value overrides the R command value?
No, when you hold select and then hold start it'll continually restart your song, and apparently the key repeat setting can control the speed of that.

Re: CC (6 replies, posted in Constructive Criticism)
I'm going to give you CC on thread posting first:
Just had a quick spin through the CC forum and had a couple of thoughts. Most of the topics are variations of :
Topic : "here is a track, please give me some CC"
OP : "hey guys, I just wrote a track, what do you think?"
This is all well and good but it is a bit hard (for me at least) to know what angle to approach giving CC from. I think the CC forum should be about improving tracks and helping members of the community be better musicians. It is a bit hard for me to know how to help this poster so I am much more likely to get lost in a reddit click trance. Consider :
As for the song, I'd play around with more dynamic range. The composition is fine but the instruments you're choosing make this seem like a wall of sound because there are no changes in volume or spaces.

Possible to sneak me a .lsdsng of Hollows? It rocks so hard
I'll see what I can do, but it relies on custom kits.

I'm a song mode guy. I like adding a lot of details and fills, and I can't plan everything out as well as I would like in live mode. The vast majority of my patterns are unique, live mode isn't super practical for me.
