once you get used to one sample songs, it gets easy.. iv'e been doing these for like two weeks now i think. no biggie once you figure out how to get the sounds you want.

good sound design makes everything easy. just think how you can manipulate the timbers to sound like the instruments you want. tones are easy to get but the drums sounds tend to be the challenge depending on the sample your using. sometimes it helps to ry messing around with a couple of songs before you make your final one. can get the ideas flowing.

good point, usually, I end up taking two hours to write a one channel one sample track, the first hour and ahalf is deticated to making perfect drums, then weird sounds, set up drum beats, then add weird noises in between!

So guys, I am currently looking for an apartment, and I am in the process of moving out of my home in hopes of becoming an independent adult. I have a full time $8/hr job but I am saving and spending on necessities. I have a very strict budget of saving, expenses like food and rent, and Tithe for my local church. Chiptunes would be a lot more accessible if i can sell some music to help get along. I need a PA system, an LCD screen for my Sony Vaio Laptop (or separate Desktop) and an electrical plug for my Behringer 502 mixer. other things I would like are: a PSP, I have one broken completely and one on the fritz; Portable digital microphone to record 16 bit wav for samples recorded in public; and a GBA-SP, i am going to try to frotlight my GBC with the GBA-SP screen.
if you guys are able to help me out with any of the listed things, thanks

I am also trying to go on tour with Shitbird and Nestrogen in the summertime. if you could help out, that would be great!

LIMITED TO 8 FIRST EDITIONS, MORE WILL BE MADE TO SELL, BUT THEY WILL BE LABELED AS NON 1st EDITIONS.

ONLY $5 FIVE BUCKS!!!
BUY NOW!

Thanks in advance!

This is an awesome idea, I hope it takes off! Although maybe there should be an option to not have a t-shirt and pay less than 20 bux?

Yeah, but we really need the money to not only keep the place going, and usually this place gets 17 bucks an hour renting out this back area as a rehersal studio. I'm not expecting a large turnout, so if i convince like four kids to come on out, then we should be able to break even.
