Yooooo, I released a new 5 track EP last Sunday. It's called ''Invincible'' and was made with lsdj.
Hope you guys like it!

Sounds awesome already (but I've always loved your tracks anyway big_smile) but what I always do is record the channels separately and then throw on an EQ8 in Ableton and mess with that until it sounds right. sometimes removing the highs or lows of (bits of a) channel really helps making it sound less muddy.

Thanks guys!

@The One Electronic: Me too, I was getting a bit bored with all the Ableton stuff. Working with a tracker on real hardware is nice big_smile

Hey all,

Yesterday I released a new album! I'm very proud as it's written with LSDJ which I find pretty difficult.. I had a blast making it though big_smile

''DREAMS is my newest album featuring 8 tracks made with LSDJ (Little Sound DJ). I hope some of the tracks make you happy, sad, wonder about life, or all of them at once. I've put my soul into this album and I hope you'll enjoy it!

released October 21, 2015''

just found out about the website codeacademy.org
It has lots of free exercises and stuff and I'm really enjoying it so far because it's all very clear and there's lots of information :-)

Oh wow this is great!

You guys have to understand that there was this old site that people got really heated about the likes on, and everyone who wasn't a dick came here, and then the old one died, so the weird rules meant to prevent the new place from becoming the old people all the sudden made less sense.

I find Dropbox VERY user friendly and it has lots of space for free.

Hi! Well, I've never been depressed but I've had a massive writers block (couple of years) and I just couldn't get myself to actually make some songs, didn't enjoy it anymore etc. I got out of that by listening to A LOT of chipmusic and wondering how to recreate those sounds (I only knew how to make music in DAWS). I decided to invest, bought a Drag n Derp cart and told myself to ''practise'' LSDj at least once a week. Now I suddenly know the basics of LSDj and really enjoy making new sounds and stuff. Maybe it's a tip idk.. try a new program or tracker or whatsoever, because it's really satisfying if you finally get that cool sound or song. The first step is always the hardest but once you get going it's a lot of fun!

Good luck!

Wow this is truly amazing! I've always found it very annoying that whenever I play a melody on my midi keyboard, the tracker (milkytracker, famitracker) does not record it the way it is (ie it places all the notes directly after each other instead of also capturing the empty spaces), is this what you're thinking of too? Anyhow, whenever this comes to Kickstarter, I'll definitely be a backer! it sounds very promising so far!
