For sure. This is easily the top album in the genre.

Wow, this place is dead.

All activity is on FB now. Which imho is a shame since the forum format let's you search after archived stuff. On FB it's lost in the noise after a week or or so.

agreed, at least outside of low-traffic facebook groups, like the piggy tracker one. finding info in that group is still pretty do-able

Indicate prices on items you are selling.  If you are trying to auction it off put it on ebay and put a link to the sale here.

yeah, i was just moving the stuff from "upcoming events" to "past events" the other day & now there's only one upcoming event listed. surprised that most people putting on/playing gigs aren't taking the few minutes to post a listing here anymore hmm

God damn you guys seriously when did chip get good again

tuesday, i think

glad you thought to check within paypal's refund window. sorry you had the experience to begin with though, sucks when sellers who are no longer active leave their web stores online and functional in times when they can't/won't reliably & quickly fill orders

not really the right forum for this question, but i'll leave it up on the off chance someone here can help

+1 on making custom tiles for glitchNES, makes it much more fun to use

About mixing visuals with something else, my current option is using an old hardware video mixer (panasonic ave5, pretty popular among vjs) which I'll probably also try to bend. Hardware video mixers are pretty rare and expensive though,

not really rare at all, and if you're patient on ebay you can get one for as low as ~$100. some of the nicer ones cost more, but add features (edirol v4 has full midi control, runs ~$350 used on ebay)

totally forgot about testing using the modded DMG-07 to split midi sync and mGB to 4 units at once until this weekend. ran into trouble getting the 4th unit synced (running nanoloop mono) where it paused the other units somehow when i had the dmg-01 running mono in sync mode. going to try more options (like replacing mono with nanoloop 1.6.3) & mGB soon.. to make sure i don't forget again, the 4 game boys are still sitting there hooked up and ready to go

sent mine. 2x 2.3 &1x 1.3 improvised. 34 minutes long

got my track recorded tonight, hopefully can get through editing, mixing and mastering tomorrow, if not would it be ok if i'm a day or two late?

That was a joke. I'm struggling to compose a 10 tracks NES OST. It's been 6 months now. And deadline quite close.

no, i figured it was.. even in the days when i wrote music particularly quickly, it took a ton of work for me to finish up 9-12 track albums in 28 days (for the RPM challenge, not sure if that still exists). talking where i'd work on the music for ~4 hrs/day after work mon-friday, then 8-12 hours a day on the weekend

1 song a day, easy.

you seriously are hoping for 16 tracks by October 15th, with NO PAY?
i'm guessing you have no experience writing songs, since that's quite a lot of work that you're expecting someone to do for credit in a game by a dev no one has heard of that uses hotmail & outlook email addresses (so i guess you can't be bothered to pay for web hosting to have a proper website & the email accounts to go with it)
