yeah, the only tracks that i've done that are just that setup aren't out yet, but its been a part of my setup for years.."scorched earth tactics", "my mechanical heart" & "traces" all have piggy->midi controlling midines (plus other hardware)... "bitches 2" (three-way split with dauragon & big-chip) has my 3 midines only tracks on it, and should be out soonish

a direct note-> chain number solution would seem best rather than having to do all that, if possible

that sounds like an awesome way to use it, almost turning piggy into a super low budget mpc

Maybe through the use of technology or training, but as I can't see the evolutionary advantage a person with this ability would have over a person without it, I don't think we'll naturally evolve it anytime soon. That's my opinion.
not with traditional natural selection, but if it really is more common in artists and musicians, then it may work to some extent.. i mean at least as long as people keep finding creativity in others sexy, that is

Never liked KRKs.If you guys don't like KRK's because of their highs and lows, but they sound amazing otherwise, why don't you just EQ down the highs and lows on your master channel and then mix with that?
i'm guessing you don't fully understand the point of monitors then... you want the flatest frequency response possible so its more or less in the middle of the range that your listeners speakers will be using.. mixing to sound good on monitors with exaggerated high and low frequencies is a horrible idea, as it will sound like shit on good speakers

if you mean the people talking about the gb micro, they are probably serious since it normally sells for over $100 in even pretty bad condition
if you mean me not wanting to photograph the stuff thats literally a priority mail medium flat rate box full of either cables or a mix of weird game boy stuff and action figures, i can guarantee that i'm serious
