Thank you so much for doing this! Your a boss. I cannot wait to see this in the mail.

This is looking exciting! I like the idea of a kit with sockets. I'll run an idea by you for your name...
Its probably too long but some combination of Obsolescence and  Incorporated or Obsolescence Inc etc etc.

If its not too late may I get a fully assembled kit (minus the cartridge connector)?

So far I'm 1 for 3 when it comes to backlighting game boy pockets. The two I broke get a bunch of those dead pixels in the middle. I can prop up the ribbon cable and the dead pixels go away for a little bit but they eventually come back. Also on those two the battery life shortened quite a bit. I've backlit a DMG and it went just fine but the pockets seem to get the best of me lol. Good luck!

I was looking to get a DMG and start playing some classics again. I also wanted to look into what kind of mods were available for the DMGs and was blown away when I found this forum. After a handful of orders from ASM and Kitsch here is what I wound up with...

Mods...
Clear Green Kitsch Case
ASM VC 4 LED Green Backlight
ASM Orange Modern Screen Cover
Kitsch Clear Silicone Start Select Buttons
Kitsch Clear Orange DMG Button Set
And I simply could not resist the ASM Christmas Card

I would like to thank the forum for the inspiration and Kitsch and ASM for the great products that helped me build a nice gaming DMG. I'm finding it hard to stop at one and am already hoarding parts for another DMG build.
