Is specifically the one i bought.

I'm doing a blog posting about 100 things you can do with a thin client to free up time inbetween job applications and making music.
The thin client I'd be getting has a pretty low amount of memory/flash/etc, but i'll have an SD card in it to back up actual files and such.
So, upon getting one, the actual running of a gb emu, nes emu, or maybe milkytracker.
I'm just asking if thin clients generally have the power to run a tracker or a gameboy emu.
I'll experiment with the trackers that are available for linux.
I have access to many many computers, being that I fix 'em for a living, i just like how small and tidy a thin client is c:

Just going to play the devil's advocate here and point out that some producers insist on using consumer-grade headphones for all their mastering because they intend for the work to be heard by those type of headphones.  Just catering to their audience.

I personally use studio headphones and monitors and try to test the quality of my work on various systems (i.e. through my crappy car stereo) so that I know my work translates well across various audio setups.

Well played, but you want the people who are going to BUY your music to enjoy it,
Enjoy it with quality.
and not everyone has crappy headphones, though most do.
some people do buy classy speakers.
most of my friends are musicians with studio monitors, so with that being said, I'm obviously going to go for the hidef sound.

I've been thinking about incorporating a thin client with my set,
because currently I have an akai xr20, a gameboy pocket, 3ds running rytmik and ds-10, psp running piggy, along with a digitech rp50 and a NADY mixer.
But, could I run maybe Damnsmall linux or crunchbang linux and then run a tracker?
or a gb/nes emu even if it is just for some goofy live experiments? or just to take samples from?
what are the possibilities with a thin client?

use the effects that renoise has, given that it has any, my lack of knowledge with renoise prohibits me from saying anything indefinitely, but every DAW should have effects/ a mixer panel, so use the effects to different channels and whatnot, and then send it to audacity and highlight the whole song and choose under the Edit column what you'd like to add, delete, change, etc.
mastering is just making the sound pitch perfect to YOUR ears.
It would also help to have studio monitors or studio headphones, so you get a clearer sound rather than the sound of consumer headphones.

I don't really need much, just prosound and backlight.
I do have preference over the color of the case/backlight but overall i'm pretty flexible with my choices if anyone has a pocket made already.
in that case, please PM me with some pictures~

I am looking to buy a black or clear gameboy pocket with a blue backlight and prosound mod.
I have contacted 8bit aesthetics and there's a 6-8week wait and I can't really find much on the 'company' so if there's anyone who can give me some good word for 8bit aesthetics or someone else who would make custom gb pockets it would be greatly appreciated.
