And of course it also begs for GBA sized dmg flash carts.

My dreams.

ah man, i played around with this a couple/few years ago, it was just an eprom cart though.  you are so limited on space in that cart size, it'd be a real challenge to fit a meaningful cart in there (with ram). especially with an interface like usb or some such.  i suppose it could be done, well i'm sure because tech is crazy, but its really really a tiny area to work with to get anything of any importance out.

if no-RAM eprom carts do it for you though, could put those out anytime i'm sure the docs are on a hard drive still.  and they work, i never tested them.

i'm guessing thats not what you want though wink

^ ebay policies don't allow for it, but you can get around this more easily by setting a Buy It Now price and letting someone buy it quickly and getting it off their site before someone reports you

because there seem to be people lurking there to report others that sell GB modding supplies and flashcarts.  because its such a fair marketplace dontchaknow

there is a box o' backlit screens on their way here right now, coincidentally wink

adding a resistor (or a potentiometer if you want to make it variable) will lower the brightness

edit -- although, there are built-in resistors to keep it from burning out.  only want to mention that to avoid confusion, last time this came up in a thread and adding resistors were mentioned, i had several people email concerned they needed a resistor in their kit or it would burn out.  it won't, there are resistors on the PCB of the frontlight.

he's a good guy, i wouldn't be too concerned.  snail mail

these are mainly for GBA mods in a kitsch case, as you mention

edit -- i've never done the mod, but have been told the little bit of extra space helps, but am not sure why.  i would imagine the original case would work too, but perhaps not!  dunno

and my own project, which i don't have any details to share atm wink

edit -- brainfart typo

there are ~4-5 versions of this being worked on atm
