ill receive my dmg very soon and want to do any mods i may want on it.
so far planned:
-li po rechargeable battery
-backlight
-pro sound 3.5mm and rca
-variable overclock
-pitch bend (dunno how yet though)
-keyboard plug (usb or ps2)
-nes controller plug (simple rewiring, ill use a megadrive cable and a d-sub plug)

what are other mods for the original dmg? i dont really care if i have to extend the case for enough space if needed.

haha, lots of ninjaing going on here big_smile
just in case i wasnt clear enough, my idea is to remove the internal electronics of the nes controller and only leave the buttons with the blank board.
then wiring the 9 pins to a custom adapter on the gameboy, which leads to the gameboys corresponding buttons.

so a plain 9 pin cable is the best solution i suppose.
cereale, are you willing/skilled enough to do this on your own? if you need any help pm me smile

i dont know if there is an actual adapter for it, but if not you would simply need a 9 pin cable for all connections + ground of the nes controller to the gameboy. nothing too difficult if you know how to solder smile

well, depends on what you want to get. is a used one fine, or would you also get chinaware? if yes you can go a lot cheaper than an average tablet from local stores.
