Damn, you beat me to the Princess Mononoke reference. Nice work!

Well, it looks like I'll be changing my name to Infodrive. My new bad ass friend, Imaginary, suggested the name and we felt it had a good fit to my personality and life. So, there it is. I am now Infodrive.

Thanks for all your responses, you rad bastards!

Not to revive an old thread, but I didn't want to make a new one just to ask if I could have an admin change my name.

Buuuuump. Anybody got some quality CC for a first timer? I'm looking to get my fix.

Void Particle sounds sick~

Yeah man, I was thinking about that one for sure. Lipid vector is probably a little too campy.

Okay, so the anagram generator turned up some sweet results. I'm not going to tell you the keyword I used, but here are some from a single phrase:

Void Particle
A Lipid Vector (my fave, I'm kind of big)
Acrid Love Pit
Vocal Riptide

And, Clear Void, from a modified version of the keyword

I don't know anymore...

In the end it's only an alias, but it's something that I can really stand behind as representative of who I am.

This is exactly the type of name I'm shooting for.

Anybody out there named Nestalgic?

Wow, so much awesome feedback! You guys flip-floppin' rule! I guess I'll play the wait and see game till I play a show, if I ever play a show.

I think that it might be time for me to pick a nom de plume. Not that my real name doesn't work, it's just that it's boring. Nitropulse told me to change it to SQUAREPUSHER during our collaboration, which is here:
http://chipmusic.org/nitro+pulse/music/ … nitropulse

How did you come up with your name? Does it have meaning, or is it similar to your first AIM username, like, "xxxAM3R1C4N_1DiOtxxx"                      (^^^this is satirical^^^)
I guess I was just using the interwebs before all of this super hip user name business.

Yeeeeep!

You need one of these.

It's called an easy out. You should be able to get it in there and extract the screw.

Edit: you might have to drill a tiny hole, but that's if the screw head is really hit.

@katsumbhong yep! I used John GBC on my Note II. The last track I put up was written and recorded using it hahaha.

Edit: added link to the song haha

For sure, dude! Let me know how it goes.

Do you save from lsdj or as a save state? If you save from lsdj it should make a sav file which you can extract songs from using http://code.google.com/p/lsdmanager/

I wrote a bunch of songs on my phone and extracted them the same way to put on my GBC.

Most of my current band mates reside in Livonia, and I think I'm about to move to Ferndale. I'm about to be closer to everythannng.
