A few weeks ago i set this up and even with 8bc down I only just got around to getting it running. The idea is a chipmusic resource/encyclopaedia free from any connection with the big chipmusic communities.
While i appreciate the role played by these communities, finding information here on a specific topic requires a lot of filtering through idle conversation. Chipaedia is not so much a community site as much as it is a resource.
In the future the front page will also mirror any kind of chipmusic related papers, essays etc.
Right now it's empty though, so get writing!
I'll make it prettier as i go, if anyone wants to offer their web skillz you're more than welcome to jump on board.
I will only post about this once because I don't want to be the guy who spams about his site on a different site.
