How can I open that up menu - file ,infos etc etc???
When I use fullscreen still it is small... Can I change resolution?

I think it is right click to get the menus (not sure though, I don't have it in front of me) and you can change the resolution in one of the menus too.

right button mouse for menu
F2,F3,F4 to change screen: pattern edit, instrument edit, etc...
To change resolution: right mouse button -> prefs -> pixel size
To enter fullscreen: Alt + Enter

take a look at the keyboard shortcuts @ http://code.google.com/p/klystrack/wiki … dShortcuts

I've been trying it out lately. Perhaps someone with a bit more experience with it can help me out...

-Can you UNDO and REDO?

-Is there another method to set pattern length apart from using the menu to multiply by x2,x3,x1/3,x1/2. I've been trying to halve it until I get to 2 steps and then use a combo of multipliers to get it close to what I want but this is just silly, especially since there are no keyboard shortcuts for this.

Ahhh, found it:
"ALT+insert/delete      change pattern length "

True, only the visual style is akin to that of AHX, but that's all.
I still have to try this tracker.

It's rather nice. Instrument editing is not as instantly accessible as in FamiTracker, but I managed to get a pattern made rather quickly with pretty satisfying results.
Will definitely keep an eye on this.

And the instruments/softsynths can produce some similar sounds. And it can load .ahx / AHX. modules (kind of). big_smile

I did only one song in it and I like a lot the reverb effect plus the simple interface. Really good program.

The author seems like a very nice guy.
Btw, he is looking for  someone to compile Klystrack for OSX. Any takers?

I've also been fiddling with the skin.

We talked about the OSX thing in IRC sometime a while back and it seems like it will be more effort than just compiling it, like some parts would have to be rewritten, new code added or something. I don't know! smile

The new skin you're doing looks nice. smile

Hyuk! All you AHX lovers, I just finished a total AHX ripoff skin for Klystrack, complete with the font!
Should be available in the next build smile
