You could have hooked me up with tickets....

Dave you need two for one tickets to Australia - sales still on (flight restrictions mean you'd have to travel pretty much between now and blip tokyo though tongue)

I was considering not going if we didnt get them as cheap as we did - was going to send Eugene on his own - can't wait to see you guys again!

Just out of interest my Australian friends, Jetstar's 2 for 1 sale covers Tokyo and the dates are right, but get in quick it finishes tomorrow

A load of CDs? We were thinking more like 5 - 10. Not actually that expensive a venture, especially if you have cardboard sleeves or slimline cases. And that's airmail - seamail's even cheaper.

(I don't know about anywhere else but here if you can keep your package within the constraints of a "large letter" it's way cheaper than a "package")

Thanks guys. We just thought it'd be something fun, and if it gets some of our international friends a bit of publicity locally, all the better.

So, whenever we have in the past had the situation where we have at the last minute gone, "Uh oh, don't have anything organised for between sets" about ten minutes before a SoundBytes.

So, we want you guys to help us out. If you would like us to play your release between sets at SoundBytes, and want to send us some copies to sell on our merch table (and then we'll paypal you the money) send me or Celsius a PM with details. (We could direct them to your website, but having it there means you're more likely to get a purchase)

We'll use probably 2 EPs a show and this will be an ongoing thing if it works.

Look forward to hearing from you

and you heard that they reckon the world will end by a series of rolling earthquakers starting in NZ and working in a straight line...

disappointing that it keeps dropping out and doing its user/pass trick.

Big Congrats to all the winners, and extra special love from team SoundBytes for 10K

Aussies (and expats) did well all told with SammichSID and metrodub getting awards too. Yay us!

PBS  - Melbourne, Australia. show: The Art of Bleep, possibly other electronic music shows too, but I know cTrix was on this one in particular.

Also To and Fro maybe less than it used to be as Tim Shiel isn't hosting it fulltime now, just on occasion.

edit - Just a thought - publications (magazines, press, even online) might be useful too. I know some people send out press releases for tours and releases. I'm actually in the process of creating a database of some of those locally... but I haven't sent anything to  them yet so I dont know how chip friendly they actually are smile).
