Bit Shifter wrote:Great idea on paper, but the tricky parts are things like -- what happens when one or more of Song A's chain or phrase numbers are already being used in Song B; what happens when Song A's instruments don't match Song B's instruments, etc. etc.
Or maybe a single song takes up all of the chains and phrases.
The only alternative I use is saving the song again and then just start writing with the newly saved file.
Very handy when you spent an hour or so making a single wav instrument.
First time I've ever reallywanted to go to Slovakia
weird..
When I said headphones earlier I meant to say my tape adapter for my car, and that was giving me issues.
Couple days earlier I had awful sound issues that were also lead me to believe of panning issues.
Yet, they work with my actual headphones...
I guess that venue's sound system blew/and or the sound guy hated me.
I feel really silly now.
I recently panned everything to the left and nothing was coming out, as if I muted the channel.
This was not the case when I unplugged the headphones and the speaker was emitting the sounds like normal.
I tried this on two different gameboys and the same thing happened.
ssSSooo I'm assuming this is a software issue?
I'll re-flash it once I get the chance.
Reasoning why I'm posting this is to see if this has happened to anyone else.
"Hey so we got some visualists here for you tonight, who is this?

In my mind, this record is sort of like a sequel to Dirty Electricity. It sounds SO different from that one, though. A lot of people loved Dirty Electricity, and in some ways Like A Phoenix feels like a maturation of what we heard on that release. Am I making sense?
perfect sense and stole the words outta my mouf.

Jellica wrote:I'm going to comment on this now because I'll probably only get round to listening to this in maybe a month or two and then I'll feel embarrassed about bumping such an old thread.

that's cute, did you know that the west coast has become civilized?
I normally don't post my lone chip shows, but I liked the flyer a lot.
Also super stoked for Foxdye Cd release.
Jay Tholen wrote:When discussions devolve into the old "BUT WHAT IS ART?!" thing, they should probably just end.
I attended a class that revolved around this question. I only went for a month, and became too pre-occupied with how I was going to make rent/eat/not die. There is no other question I loathe more.
