arent 3d printers in the $10,000 range?

i would suggest using a CNC router. I know maple is really soft, and oak is super strong.

kitsch has a little kit on his site here. you can paint them (super easy to take apart). use a powerpak (found here) or use the new cart comming out by krikzz smile the connector is the cheapest thing to do to it.  here is some info on the N8 cart smile
