It's a shame people are suggesting Raptor-Kharlan - why not Derris-Kharlan, Dot.AY, Maddest Kings Alive or Ctrix, if you're going to ask for people from Australia?

Okay so my SAA 1099 chips arrived yesterday! Woo!
I made a MIDI interface for the chip, with control over all of the registers via MIDI CC including:
• panning
• expression (volume)
• all envelope registers
• all noise-related registers
• musically sensible pitch bends
SAA 1099 channels are mapped to MIDI channel 1 to 6.

I'm thinking of getting a couple of PCB boards made up at some stage - would anyone be interested? Just a thought...

Muddy GB is Muddy GB.
mGB is related to the Arduinoboy: http://code.google.com/p/arduinoboy/
"mGB is a Gameboy cartridge program (You need a Flash Cart and Transfer hardware) That enables the Gameboy to act as a full MIDI supported sound module. It works with the old DMG Gameboy as well as GBC/GBA. "

@ Valpo Usta: I was extremely tired and unmotivated during this period, sorry. I just didn't get anything creative done, so there *is* nothing to upload.
Hope the next person does a lot better than I did!

I was just going to mention that I listened to this while I was driving around last night and this morning again. Put me in a nice yet thoughtful mood.

Re: Phenomenal live performers (74 replies, posted in General Discussion)
The best atmosphere I have ever felt at a
chipshow came from little-scale.
I take no responsibility for that feeling - it was 100% the work of the audience. I am a terrible live performer.
The best live chip sets that I have seen (performance wise) have come from Dot.AY and 10k, without a word of a lie. Both of those guys can turn a tough crowd very easily through their humour, energy and charisma.

I accept, thank you for the chance! Right now it is 12:40 AM on Monday morning, which makes the deadline 12:40 AM on Wednesday.
Wish me luck, ladies and gentlemen.
