Recently picked up the Stagediver I and Dispyz Raverblood 7-inches.  Looking forward to this one.

Can confirm what nitro said.  One solution would be to use something like an arduino (or other simple microcontroller) to read button presses from a single controller and then pass them on to the consoles using two separate sets of digital outputs.

No and no, please.

Buy a powerpak now while they're available.  Seriously well worth it.

Good advice from Trash80 and George in this thread.  I first wanted to get a tattoo when I was in high school, and I didn't actually get one until last summer (about 10 years later).  During that time I went through a LOT of ideas for tattoos that I would have really regretted, had I got them.  It took me a long time to come to something that I thought I'd be glad to have on my body for the rest of my life.

So yes, give it time.  And heed George's advice regarding the after-care that's necessary -- it's spot on.  I will say that getting tattooed was a really great experience.  Probably the most pain that I've ever felt in my life, continuously for about an hour and a half.  But also incredibly satisfying, and the tremendous endorphine rush that follows was pretty awesome too.

Beautiful

Indeed, last night was fucking great -- I was seriously impressed at the level of organization that held the whole event together.  Huge respect to Peter, all of the performers, and everyone else that was involved.

Peter, can I be an editor on TCTD just so I can go into posts like this and standardize the formatting and make things more clear?

MY OCD DEMANDS IT.

This was my first gig as well.  I wouldn't change anything.

When/where was it? (optional)
"Blip" at FUN on the Lower East Side in Manhattan, New York City; July 18th, 2001. The lineup was DJ Unknown, Nullsleep and I.

How did it go?
Three people showed up. My younger brother, Nullsleep's girlfriend and Cory Arcangel. It sounded good and loud, though; so that's alright.

If you could time-travel and redo the gig, what would you do differently?
Get a laptop, haircut and fashion consultant.

I am watching Johan (Role Model) perform with laptop + OP-1 at a show in Brooklyn right now. Short recording from his set here.

Yes, more NEIL VOSS.  I will be there.

I'd rather you like my music than my hair.

Hope to have a new release out this summer.
