first i throw a hissy fit i go thru all of my old music and delete it. then i take all of my new music and then delete it. I start over. then i weep when my writers block disappears and everything is gone. After that usually i sit and think about how i shouldnt have done what i did.

if in doubt, just look at which one has more buttons, switches, and knobs. That is all.

i... dont... understand....

I have always found sine and triangle based kicks to be the best sounding kicks in lsdj. I prefer to use them so that they dont flatten out on the top and bottom of the manual wave drawing screen. It makes a cleaner sound. beef it up if you like that overdriven effect tho.

this is a good solution if you spend the time to do it right. samples are an underrated thing in lsdj. They are way better for just dropping brk samples in the middle of a songs.

Its cool for those that know nothing about music and how it is done. It looks more exciting (silly) then turning knobs and pressing buttons while performing for them. The thing that I really cant tolerate in this is the shameful use of sunglasses in the dark and fearless use of leather pants. WHY THE HELL WOULD U DO THAT? those glasses are so 90's douche. wearing a cow on your legs hasn't been cool since.... evar. If this is the future it sure looks stupid. for real tho... this is made to the impress those that dont know.

Like pixls said. I just contacted Oliver. Mine wouldn't start at all and then randomly it started working but there was a problem with loading the memory. I kept getting the 2 error. Then one day... Nothing it just stopped booting again.

A kind of sea-green, calm theme..

This is really pretty!

I don't like using non black background.
How many of you use it with other colors?

I rolled with a basic black white and gray background for a long time. I also had a c64 theme and a 8bc. I recently switched from white back ground cuz it's easier to see in the dark when playing live. White was ballet for daytime use but was killer bright to look at night.

Yeah I put it together in text edit.  It's in the LGPT folder that holds the eboot and all my songs and sample data.  I don't know, I swear the text is put together perfectly, it's a .xml extension, etc.

Ok. try this. open your xml in text edit. go to format and click on "make plain text" and save. Text edit has to be told not to work like a wordprocessor. you may not see the formatting but it is there. after that you should be ok if that is the problem.
