You can thank me later.
This sucks ESPECIALLY fucking bad for me because I had been saving since January of this year
Just forge a letter from 8bp saying you're 'playing' and then apply for an exemption at Uni?
Hey BR1GHT PR1MATE, be a doll and record these sets yeah? I could do a cheeky trade for unreleased Soundbytes sets
Well the first incarnation they suggested would have been a rebranded Cybernet zpc-gx31 here.
Not sure if that means that Cybernet actually owns the rights to the name and thus also manufacture and design the PC or if it's just someone who bought the brand and then went to tender to find a hardware supplier.
That's the one! Thanks Beware

Well, you'll want to head over to the LSDJ website and pay for the ROM. Once you have the rom there are several options. EMS 32m cart with a transferer of some sort, the various Bleep Bloop carts, the EMS 64m USB carts (my personal choice)... the list goes on.
If you want a short answer, I personally would go for the 64m EMS USB cart. It's cheap and cheerful. It has a built in transferer with 2 'pages' for ROMs. You can only have one save on the cart though. A common use for me is to have LSDJ on one page and pounder (live sample triggering) on the other as it does not require a save. To switch between the pages just toggle the power of the GB and the roms will alternate between the two (as you power cycle each time).
Hope this helps. I know there is a massive write up somewhere with all your options but I couldn't find it through a search.
I call vaporware!
Quoted so I can later remind you of how wrong you were later
Sorta cool I guess? Hopefully the cases are cool so they can be repurposed for much more awesome tasks.
...the Commodore PC64, an Intel Atom-powered PC featuring 4GB DDR3 memory, SATA 1TB HDD, HDMI output, optical drive (either DVD/CD or optional Blu-ray), and more -- all in "an exact replica" of the original beige C64 chassis.
Fuck yes!
None of this airy fairy ROM flyer business! Glitched loops and yobs saying "death" and "rave" is all I need.
That poster needs more wood grain. Can't ever have enough wood grain.
