So I've been tracking via and LSDj rom on my pc for some time now. I just finally got a cart this past weekend.
My question is simple - Can I/How do I transfer my song files from the rom to the cart?
Just a simple USB connection?
Just dont want to screw anything up.

Thanks.

Back again with more questions!
So i just recieved my RGBbb kit from Kitsch, and I'm on step 4... Removing the polarization film. Now, I'm a complete idiot with this stuff, and cant find clear pictures regarding this...
What part exactly am I taking off? I dont want to ruin my lcd by removing too much.
From what I can see, there are 3 layers? A clear plastic, a silvery foil, and a greenish layer.
What comes off, what stays?

HELP! lol

Here's a question for someone with more experience than myself.
I just got done with the base-coat for a dmg, and am having some texture issues. I have never painted plastic before, typically i stick to canvas/masonry. I am using Ironlak, and I've never had it come out anything but silky smooth in the past.
This time, however, it have this super-fine sandpapery texture.
It's an even texture, so it's not from spatter or dirt or anything of that nature. Anyone else ever had this issue?
Should I just give it a quick clear-coat at the end?

Hey thanks for all the responses!
I have been looking into nanoloop more. Perhaps it's time to look a little harder.

So here's a question I'm sure to get one of those (oh duh) answers to:

Working in LSDj, is it possible to accomplish harmonies in one channel? I would assume there isn't, but I couldn't find anything here nor there about it.
Thanks in advance.

that being said, trackers are VERY TIGHT sync wise. so maybe just get good at dj style beat matching? big_smile

Yeah, I find this to be the easiest way of doing things.  I do this a lot when syncing LSDJ with things.

I've never really done it but you can make it easy on yourself by making a "syncing" chain that has a hit on every beat and a "blank" chain that has empty phrases that you then switch to after you've gotten it matched up with the "syncing" chain.  That way you can sync it up before you start playing and it'll stay in sync when you want to switch to a real chain.

o0o0o.... i hadn't thought of that.
(Trying now)

I didnt know this existed. I am forever in your debt heart.
