PERHAPS THE TIME HAS COME
Santa Cruz tonight! Whoop whoop!
Glad you like it.
Radio show was tonight - there should be a recording of the stream up sometime tomorrow. Played some acoustic material, previewed our solo EPs, talked about chip, talked about the show. Namedropped Mr. Spastic, Jay Tholen, Awkward Terrible. Good times.
Now getting ready for the drive to Santa Cruz... and finishing up our Halloween costumes!

We're doing a short stretch of final shows, and offering sneak peaks of new material that we're working on for a release next year, and having a ton of fun playing pre-halloween shows with non-chip artists!
First we're doing The Unbound Sound Show on internet radio - we'll be playing sneak peeks of both our solo releases in progress, as well as a sneak track from the split/collab we're finishing up with Milwaukee's Awkward Terrible... and performing some acoustic material to boot!
The Unbound Sound Show
8PM-9PM
Second up is a show with The Phenomenauts in Santa Cruz at The Crepe Place, on Friday the 28th! The Phenomenauts are an old favorite of Lizzie's, so we're pretty excited to finally be playing with them!
Then we're buzzing right back up home to San Francisco for our last show of the year at Café Du Nord in San Francisco on Saturday, October 29 with Planet Booty! Tickets are already on sale, so make sure to pick some up if you plan to go!
Eventide Time Factor. Not the cheapest, but fucking fantastic for MIDI sync.
damn this is rad
THIS WAS TODAY
it was SO MUCH FUN
Pretty good turn out, LOTS of outreach. Starpause and E.N. Cowell had a decent sized but very serious following at their Piggy Tracker workshop, tons of people were asking questions about the hardware and software, trying stuff out at the table. Lots of great comments on the performances. Fantastic sets by everyone - new material from Doc Pop and A_Rival, great visuals by Mister Scradam, Max Capacity and Starpause... hard work by everyone. 12+ hour day, well worth it.
A_Rival brought a photographer who documented the whole event, so photos soon.
I had the pleasure of installing two of these today, and instructing someone else in the install of a third. They look fantastic, and they're a cinch to put in thanks to the built in resistor. A++ WILL install again.
THIS IS TODAY
it's gonna be SO MUCH FUN
do NOT MISS IT
that is ALL
I should have at least one installed by then. Very excited. The new design is genius!
THIS IS TOMORROW
OH GOD I HAVE SO MUCH LEFT TO DO
COME ON OUT!
Oh apparently I haven't made this entirely clear - but since I'm TEACHING GAMEBOY MODS at this thing, I'm encouraging people to BRING THEIR OWN UNMODDED GAMEBOYS. Or ones that you've tried to mod and had trouble.
I'll even do/teach a GBC frontlight if you also bring your own Advance SP.
