Rather than try to fuck with the traces in the keyboard (irritating - only time I've ever successfully messed with that involved painter's tape and tin foil), I would either:

Solder the first solderable point from each button contact on the DMG board directly to other buttons mounted on the keyboard somewhere else - maybe you could remove an un-needed set of f-keys, mount a piece of wood or plastic there, and drill to mount some buttons - or just drill in the big open space at the top of the keyboard

-or-

cut away from the keyboard case at the bottom there, cut the front of a DMG in half and put the original buttons back in

First I was like:
"Well I've had facebook.com/kineticturtle for my personal page as long as they've offered that option, but they don't have it for pages as well, do they?"

Then I actually read the page you linked me to. Thanks!

You did say "without making the NES image look like arse", but this does the job enough to do Pulsar/NTRQ stuff. Not good enough for graphics stuff. Doesn't sound like it would work well enough for you, but if anyone finds this thread and is looking for a quick and dirty solution, here it is. $35.

This just happened to me with an 06. I'm going to investigate further later, but were moving so my workbench is all packed up...

You know, I had a Micron for a long time, but we used it live a lot. Not a particularly durable piece of gear. Key contacts giving out left and right. I rebuilt it into a little desktop box and sold it off pretty cheap. It was useful, but I was never earnestly impressed with it.

That being said, they're not hard to come by - if you really regret it, go find one! smile

Ah hah! I'll bookmark the bug tracker for future use. And thank you for being so quick!

I really hope I'm just overlooking something obvious - but I've got the same chain in the 00 pattern position of each pulse channel - the chain contains two patterns, each of which has an H00 command.

When playing the song, they do not end simultaneously.

I couldn't find any mention of anything like this anywhere else - when I was fiddling with it it seemed like on some channels it treated the H commands as "inclusive" and on others they were "non-inclusive"... I dunno. It's pretty late and I should get to bed, but let me know if you need more info or want a .sav file, or if I'm just nuts. smile

When I was working on stuff that was in 4/4, Pulsar sounded really wonderful, so thank you again! big_smile

Nice keyboard jam. smile

My dad gave me this, which he found in his basement (apparently there's more like it to come):

...and a copy of his first album on vinyl, which turned out to be the copy I accidentally sold from my mom's collection when she passed (because I didn't know anything about my dad yet), which he bought back from the guy I sold it to on eBay.

I've got a bunch of 02s here that have come from the US, but I would believe that 01s are mostly or entirely in Japan.
