They'll probably fit fine with some modifications.

Very cool.  I'd love to see comparisons as my current fav are the project GB backlights.  I'd love to see more colors as well, I lurve me some purple and pink.

We didn't do purple/pink because the results are pretty awful, there's a huge loss of clarity.  If there's any demand for it, it may be included in the next run, given we do another one. But out of all the commissions I've had in the past, only one person wanted a pink backlight.

I've used ProjectGBs panels in the past. I purchased three from him in total, two of which had bad LEDs (Or possibly burnt out LEDs from connecting to an unregulated source). Since they connect to the unregulated power LED source, they turn off completely once the batteries get to a certain point, our panels don't do that.

So for anyone who purchases a panel: Do not connect them to the power LED source, you'll either damage them or blow them out. They're supposed to be connected to the 5v source so that they don't dim with the batteries.

Do you have a soldering iron? Real easy fix, and you won't need to sell it as defective. Sounds like who ever did the mod wired it backwards, or else one of the wires popped out.

Looking for complete DMGs with no dead lines, and also just looking for LCDs.

I will pay with paypal or offer a trade.

Need as many as possible.

I think the rule of having to list a price is just to avoid people from coming on here just to appraise their items.

It is a rule that you're only supposed to have one for sale thread at a time, however. Not three.

If you're in it for money, you're going to be very disappointed. You can be stocking shelves making 20 times the amount of money you'd make from gameboys. I'm currently down around 1k from the amount of money I've invested into my mod service.

I recently did a mod that took me around a month to finish, but I sold it for $130. Realistically, it should have been around $400.00 for how much work I put into it, but you can't ask someone to pay that kind of price for a gameboy.

It's pretty pretentious to question someone's pricing. I hate when people do it to me, so I didn't want to say anything.  Just, you really need to use the proper tools to be selling for that price. Otherwise you're going to have very angry customers leaving you negative feedback and demanding a refund.

Just some friendly advice... You may want to invest in a dremel if you're going to be asking that kind of price for a mod.

What kind of tool did you use to make the holes?

K, I think I replied to everyone with a picture of the screen.

I forgot it had horizontal lines until I just went and tested it.

Still in perfect condition regardless.

First person to send payment gets it. Not the first person to email me, so be sure to have paypal ready if you're interested.

I'd be sold if it was 1/8" instead :\

...Really?

If you want an 1/8" one done for this price, I can do it, shoot me an email.

Thanks for all the interest. This is now unavailable.

#2 sold

Interested in the PT-100.

Are you interested in DMGs or anything like that?
