I must admit that I'd be overwhelmed by joy if there was a Sid tune editor on PC, with the PT interface, and compatible with Hardsid4U like GoatTRacker smile

(actually, the best would be that some reverse engineer would make an OSX compatible HS4U driver and do that PT like editor on OSX too: smile

Roland TR 808 smile Master of the subs

There's teh Acidlab Miami bass which is probably cheaper than the original and based on the original circuitry (http://www.acidlab.de/)...

Actually, there's a VST which is very capable (Nepheton from D16) but I suppose you are more after real hardware.

But.. still it would just be an Amiga named PC running on Windows or linux.. so...

http://www.commodoreusa.net/Amiga.html

Not sure about it but I think that PRG on roms for 64 are very limited in size ((like on Atari 8 Bit) and must be 1 part. Not sure about the max size thoough but it could be something like 8 or 16K (I remember that the Cart games were much simpler than their Floppy versions ).

You're planning to use something like http://skoe.de/easyflash/??

Pure awesomeness, from 1982 India.

Sweet! But definitely not from 1982, and not very chippy either. Well maybe it is, but someone must have gone back with a time machine smile

I'm running Atary Sync buzz sound in it as well  as Ableton Live drum Tracks... and my girlfriend just loves doing Lfo/Filter sweeps on it smile

It muist be "unit related" and also can depend of the age of the batteries.. I've used it recently as an ASIO insert FX in Live without too much noise to deal with.  However ic uld be quite receptive to paraiste external electromagnetic fields/

Im getting this for Christmas so i can use it for song brain storming. If you plug a mic into it can it be used as a vocoder, do you know?

You have an input but it's only for going thru the filter which i a basic Low Pass analogue one so no Vocoding.

Now you can even start to tweak it if you're a Soldering master smile

You're just not trying hard enough then.

I have no mean of time distorsion at the moment... and My boss won't let me listen to music at the office smile

It may sound strange, but I can't possibly listen to all Mods and Tracks around

So I wanted to get some hints for tracks I could use in future mixes.

Basically I'd love to have an idea of "everyone's" favourite tunes in 2 categories:

Classic Amiga Module/Chiptune/Game Music

And a broader range of Danceable Chiptune on any platform. So please, if at least some of you all could post their Top 5/10/20/100 in theses categories, I'd be really grateful smile
