Some of the artists who contributed to that cartridge may not mind if their .sav data is circulated publicly / openly, but some might.

L-Tron delivers a tightly packaged box of wrangled insanity tied together with disarming potency and four-on-the-floor beats. This is more than dance music, this is don't think about how you dance music. In motion it's equal parts beauty to blister. Opening the blinds, L-tron gives you a glimpse of the demons at his doorstep and the sword he uses to slay them. In this four track EP, dance music structure is melted down and recast, leaving your ears to search for a sound that isn't. Even if your feet haven’t moved by the end of it all, you will have gone somewhere.

Seconded on that Chibi-Tech set. Christ on a crutch.
Also there's no video (at least not of the whole thing, as far as I know) but 8GB's Blip Tokyo set remains an absolute stand-out. http://8gbs.bandcamp.com/album/live-in-tokyo-2010

I don't have an iOS device so I can't comment on the game but I don't need no iOS device to know that this is some good ass music

Re: LSDJ: exporting as MIDI (6 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
The PC version of the VGB emulator (http://fms.komkon.org/VGB/) can "export" sounds to MIDI, but for LSDJ purposes like what you're describing, it might be a little bit crude. What you'll get is a raw dump of notes that are consistent with pitch and duration, but beyond that you're kind of on your own (i.e. there's no overarching tempo specified, I don't believe volume envelope behavior is really captured, pitch bends & vibrato effects are really unpredictable & wonky, etc.).

This release is crazy good. I get tired just thinking about how many hours must've gone into the sound design alone, to say nothing of the ultra-tight, ultra-controlled programming. Knocked it out of the park my man!
