Literally the only way I have found it is possible to juggle as much as I do is to keep notes of EVERYTHING that needs done and is being done. A page a project in a notebook, set deadlines for small individual tasks that break down bigger projects into smaller do-able nuggets. Also if you're feeling overwhelmed, taking a smattering of these small individual tasks and organising them into a weekly to do list may make the work seem lesser, whilst in reality you're slowly working forward on everything at once.

Good Luck!

Review of Trey Frey's 'Refresh' is now up!

So, I'm writing an article for university/TWG about how Bandcamp enables global independent music scenes to exist effortlessly, and to flesh out the feature a bit I'd like to find some people who are opposed to hosting music on Bandcamp. If this is you, or you know someone who fits this description, (and you're up for a small 4-5 question interview), please let me know!
Cheers in advance

A review of your review:
It was good, there is a lot of information in a short space. However, //as a journalist [such cringe, wow]// I'd suggest paying more attention to flow and pace, mixing up sentence structure, basically making it a more interesting read, as well as being careful about mixing abstract concepts into descriptions as not everyone will understand what you're chatting. ALSO don't be afraid to be more critical, though as you state it's a blog to talk about 'awesome chiptune albums' I'm assuming it's less critique and more PR back-patting? NOT THAT THAT'S BAD, it's just a completely different style to a review, and if you ARE going to go the PR route it might be wise to follow some of 9-Hearts advice on depth. (Though I've always contested that no review or summation of music needs to be longer than 500 words, and if it is you're not being succinct enough, so don't go overboard!)
If you ever want a proof-reader hit me up, I'm always happy to help with that sort of thing!

Next week we're starting off uCollective's month throughout February, which will include the two community chosen winners of uCollective's competition.
We're also incredibly excited to announce the curators for March...
Soundbytes Australia! For those not in the know, Soundbytes are Australia's longest running chiptune events planners and one half of the planning team behind the upcoming 'Square Sounds Melbourne'. So expect the crème de le crème of Australian chiptune in the coming months!

We'd just like to again thank Ubiktune for their involvement, and setting the project off for the year with such a huge quality bang!

Don't be dumb: if you're new put your music up for PWYW or no-one will buy/download it (unless it's incredible)
