ah, also... im not really looking for VGM style (despite the obvious technical prowess, the famicompo stuff usually leaves me "meh")

I love me some NES music but since I don't write/perform with it, I don't think I really know what the old 2a03 is capable of. Anyone want to suggest some mind-bending NES tracks to me?

(FWIW: im pretty familiar with the forum NES crew: oxystar, animalstyle, chibitech, 486, bitz lunar, coda)

This is just reminiscent of Pay-to-Play promoters.

uuhh.... no. this isn't remotely pay to play. where do you even get that from? he is just saying that if it doesn't work and he loses money, he's not going to do it again. understandably.

what i was saying was something along the lines of free mp3 comp of some of the artists to those who preorder tickets, if youre trying to encourage advance sales

this is a great idea though

noticed that chipmusic auto-logs out inactive users wayyy to quickly.
sometimes i get logged out while actually composing a forum post.
is there a way of prolonging the session a bit?

seriously? 20+ of the best chip musicians in one place for one gigantic show, on a holiday, and you want *incentives*?

Imagine if you crossed the jumping/shooting from Mega Man, the Adventure Backtracking Metroid,
and the stupid hard one hit kills from "I wanna be the guy/VVVVVV" you would find this NES gem.

I left my cart at work, but Ill post pictures of it and the manual when I get in today ~_^d
