KIGB, just got off work. Gonna try'um. Thanks eveyone!

okay so in KIGB...

STEP ONE - put the SAV file in this folder -

Library - > Application Support - > Bannister - > KIGB - > Battery Ram

STEP TWO - make sure the SAV file has the same name as the ROM. so if the rom is LSDJ.GB then rename the SAV file to LSDJ.SAV. the names of these files don't matter, they just need to be identical.

STEP THREE - there is no step three. just open the rom and you should see the sav file.

Hypothetically how about a boss rv-3 (which I don't think they make anymore) ?

i'm seriously tempted. let me think about it a little more.

audio overload lets you export wav's, i'm pretty sure.

I got something else when I followed the link.

that's because you're bumping a thread that's over 2 years old.

So, last year I bought a second Powerpak. Why? I have no idea. I've barely used it and I'll include a CF card (2gb). This is going for $152 on Retrozone's site right now. I'll accept $120.

I would also accept a trade. Make me an offer. I love sequencers, synths, drum machines, game systems, old computer stuff, midi gear, audio gear, guitar pedals, anything like that.

No matter what gear you have or how bad you want it, you will suck until you have written at least 100+ songs.

um, where do you get your information from?

it's not meant as a scientific fact. i forget where i heard the quote but an author said you have to write ten thousand bad pages before you write your first good page. he's just saying you shouldn't expect the first things you ever write to be incredible. there's a period of time where you learn and grow before you get to the point where your music is "good". obviously, that's different for everyone.

i think it's meant to be reassuring to someone just starting out. like, "don't take this criticism too harshly, we've all been there".

do you mean "regional scenes sub forum" or "regional scene sub forums"? like, one sub forum for everyone? or one for each scene?

would you want to retain any of the midi functions? like, midi in and out jacks, or would you just want it to be a clock source?

i can see this being really easy to do.
