"Published figures suggest that, in Australia, producing wheat and other grains results in:

at least 25 times more sentient animals being killed per kilogram of useable protein
more environmental damage, and
a great deal more animal cruelty than does farming red meat."

I think this is what he is referring to.

Ah I see, I was just curious as I'd never seen the quotation 'Wheat is Murder' before. Thanks.

From experience, music thats been wrote with headphones can result sometimes with the levels sounding completely different when run though a PA.

To counter this, you could try listening the mix through headphones and a speaker system. It might not be perfect though at least  you'd get more of an idea of how it was to sound.

Never knew a style like that existed until now. Music styles don't 'die', they evolve and elements get recycled from it. Or it can have the opposite effect where a style gets such an amount of popularity that it just exists as an imitation of something thats already been done.

Sounds like there's a particular audience and following to it.

From my experience he's a sound person and sends orders quick.

Those prices are ridiculous. I wont be paying £70 for a modded Game Boy. I suspect the pricing is, at least in part, a means of reducing the amount of orders he was receiving. There were numerous reports about unfulfilled orders on 8bc a while back. I don't dislike the guy, nor do I want to discredit his ability. Not for me.

Shipping is only $18 to the UK.

That doesn't seem like a lot to you?

What price would you say is a reasonable amount for a modded one?

Playing my first set of the year at this upcoming event, there's a mixture of various styles from the other performers and acts performing too. Additionally this will be the first audio/visual set I've made where I'm combining both music and interactive visuals together that are synchronised live. I'll be playing from 12 pm.

Also selling CD's - £5, get them while there still available!

Oh right, I didn't find that. Thanks for the advice.

Hi,

I couldn't find this question on the forum so I posted it on here. Which backlight colour works the clearest on a Gameboy screen? Are there ones that are more define than others or do they all equally show the same or similar amount of light?

Thanks.
