I like your current forum name. I always read it as "sexy weekend" which is both funny and cool. wink

Please read the guidelines for offering soundtrack work on this site: http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/10093 … read-this/

Yeah, that's what we plan. Each game will be free 2 play.
Perhaps we will charge some money for a full collection Version including a tournament system, achievements and stuff in the Future.

Cool, just checking. Because, obviously, if the game makes money then the entire development team should share in that money.  That includes the people that made the soundtrack and sfx.  wink

That's very generous and thoughtful of you!  I recommend Nitro2k01's cart flasher project as that could potentially bring lots of old tech back into easy usage.  heart

Info on Kitsch Karts: http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/11336 … cartridge/

Once the game is finished it will be available to everyone for free, yes?

FYI the first version of Kitsch's carts look like they're coming very soon.  Unless you need a cart immediately (and derps just happen to be available) I'd recommend waiting for Kitsch's offering.  Looks to have some really unique functionality.

Edit: I have a D'n'D cart and absolutely love it and highly recommend it for supreme stability.  Kitsch's carts look to be something we haven't seen before and that could mean features that you'll wish you had waited for.  Again, just FYI.

Thanks for this, especially for pointing out that bgb is a good choice on LINUX!

How could it distinguish a flash cart and somehow disallow it?

Trouble from 3 years ago lol...

Bumping to say that I just got the battery in my nano 1.2 cart changed out at a local store called Batteries Plus. Just $9.02 installed, pretty sweet. Maybe there's a similar store near you if you're still having trouble.

DESUMATE's label debut ranges from creepy soundscape to jittery barebones chipthrash. Powerful bass tones and cutting percussion throughout the album will have you cranking the volume upupup as the lofi-awesome swells to engulf you!

Glow in the dark green anyone?

It was very cool to be part of this.  I also want to express how incredibly impressed I am with you guys for sticking with this year-long project and keeping it on track!  I know what a huge undertaking it has to be to wrangle all these artists.
