Another video mixer I wasn't aware of! Thanks! smile

And a bit lighter and smaller than the V-1!

I wasn't aware of the V-1, thanks! It's a bit lighter and slightly smaller and way cheaper.

But yeah I got my fears confirmed that the Edirols are in fact the smallest proper video mixers sad

Thanks guys!

Hi!

I'm looking for some super small portable device to mix video signals. I have two Panasonic WJ-AVE5 at the moment, but they are way too big and heavy to bring, been looking at the Edirol v-4/v-8 but it's also kinda big and heavy. I don't own a car, so I need to go by public transportation and my gear is already heavy enough without bringing any video gear.

The options I've found so far is the Schele-mixer by Gijs and the Karl Klomp dirty video mixer but they aren't exactly what I'm looking for. Is there anything out there at all? Or am I out of luck? And lugging a laptop around isn't really an option.

Thanks in advance!

I'm expecting lsdj kits with samples from these games in the near future If the sounds aren't under copyriht mmkay?

I missed where the idea that they're not copyright came from... unless there's some specific reason they will be. Do it anyway tho.

My thoughts exactly.

What version of the MMC do you have? (Yelllow or black)
What EMS cart are you using? (32M (blue) or 64M (Black))
What kind of Game Boy are you using?

Not sure if I understood it correct but afaik most GB Camera ROMs wont work on EMS carts.

The process is:
Take your GBCam, dump it into the MMC backup memory. Take your EMS cart, send the backup data of your GBCam into it. Take your EMS cart, dump the .sav in your PC. Extract the images with whatever program able to do that (GB Camera Dump if I recall correctly).

Just in case your missing something.

This is all that's to it. Where in this process do you encounter problems?

I found a complete Atari ST520 setup for $3 at a thrift store.

Same store also sold a DMG for $40, a PSX for $70 and a Xbox for $80. (No I didn't buy any of those.)

This is all in Swedish, sorry!

Nice tutorial, your voice is really pleasant to listen to. I hope that one day it will be possible to automatize this tedious work in LSDJ. Come to think of it, it's kinda funny how LSDJ can mix 2 samples on the wav channel, but not 2 simple waveforms Theoretically even more polyphony should be possible when combining multiple frames.

nanoloop has always had a waveform mixing function, but only sine waves though.

Been dreaming of something similar for lsdj for years but with your own customized wave forms. Would be really cool!
