Never get married. My wife has veto power over all my T Shirts.
Shit, I'm not even married yet and my clothes "mysteriously disappear", never to be found again from time to time. Everything from socks to shirts...

Sorry to say we're a bit behind the curve this time, I would have liked to have these about two months ago! Anyways we've got standard dark grays in stock now as well:

I think most store owners in the US stopped stocking due to it being an outdated technology. If you like, however, you can send your carts my way and I can perform a backup for you. I kept one for just such an occasion.

Now would be a great time to cover the options we have for production with SMS & SMD. Trackers, mml, etc.

Wait, what's the average turnout for a night at blip?
Also, shit, I forgot to call you, Roger. I'm sorry.

Does it absolutely have to be on that weekend? I wonder if the venue is unwilling to be flexible on all weekend dates or just THAT Saturday and Sunday.

Out of curiosity, why is it so much more expensive to move it to a weekend night?

It depends. You can register in-state for under $100 usually. Since this woman is operating in the same area as you it would provide the protection you needed.

Erm... can't you trademark Hot Mess?
Edit: Yup, you can. There are currently two trademarks for "hot mess", one is in shoes and the other is in tanning products. My recommendation is that you register your name, Hot Mess, in the category of music production and performance, then send her a C&D.
As long as you have a registered trademark put into place before she does, and your products are similar enough to cause confusion (which it obviously could in this case, I can open a fast food restaurant called Nike but if I get into the shoe biz I'm in trouble,) you're legally in the right. Actually, once you have a trademark you're obligated by law to reinforce your right as the trademark owner.
Here's hoping you decide to take the next step and register.
