yet another reason to download google chrome ;D

I totally agree, I've been using chrome since it came out, but that's no excuse for having something unreadable.

I really want to switch to Google Chrome, but they still haven't fixed the 3 finger swipe on mac touchpads.
EDIT: Switched! I found a fix!

As always, this is superb. My favourites are You've Only Yourself To Blame For Your Tragic Loss In Faith (for its pure originality) and The Well and Truly Lost (for that beautiful chorus melody). It is rare to hear such an unusual and well executed LSDJ release.

Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

...or we could just ban this fool and we wouldn't need such a thing.

Editing your first post if you've made the thread can be quite important (for updates to gig threads, for instance) so it would be a shame to have to start a new thread and start clogging up the forums (and adding to the workload of mods having to delete old threads) because some forum members are unable to act maturely.

What chapter was it from? There is a limited preview (Chapters 1 to 5) on Google Books.

Also, if you're in a university, go to your library and ask about inter-library loans. If one nearby has it you should be able to go and use their library (you can't take books out, but you can use them for reference).

Here is the youtube link to the first part, just look for the other videos from the same author to check out the rest!

I just watched this and really enjoyed it, it is available online till Saturday night. Not sure if US users can watch this, but I'm sure there will be a work-around if you can't.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 … Micro_Men/

Affectionately comic drama about the British home computer boom of the early 1980s.

Legendary inventor Clive Sinclair battles it out with ex-employee Chris Curry, founder of Acorn Computers, for dominance in the fledgling market.

The rivalry comes to a head when the BBC announce their Computer Literacy Project, with the stated aim of putting a micro in every school in Britain. When Acorn wins the contract, Sinclair is furious, and determines to outsell the BBC Micro with his ZX Spectrum computer.

Home computing arrives in Britain in a big way, but is the country big enough for both men?

No particular price in mind so if you're interested just let me know what it's worth to you. If trading, I'd prefer something I can use to make music.

Why do people never read the rules?

Four shows across four months isn't really a tour, is it?

Seriously? You need it louder? You're going to ruin your ears.
Why not buy better earphones with noise cancellation instead?

As you may have noticed, I haven't offered any more ArduinoBoys for a while.  What happened was my course work got out of hand and I had to shift my priorities.  In the past two months I have finished only one ArduinoBoy.  I will be out of school very soon for the summer and will resume building and selling ArduinoBoys shortly.

And remember, if you get impatient, there is nothing stopping you from building your own.

EDIT: I would also like to apologize for my continued failures in communication: the ten or so of you who have sent me emails and private messages over the past two months.  I have no excuse.

You've got nothing to apologise for scienceguy8, you haven't had any pre-sales and you have went out your way to discourage having any presales. Most important of all, you've been completely honest throughout!

I didn't even know what this was until Zabutom explained to me! I'm still cool with it mind.

I'm not an organiser any more, but I've dropped you a PM.

Update:

A few changes to the organisational structure of the event (myself and Kyle have stepped down as organisers), and I can sadly no longer play/attend. Please forward all queries regarding the event onto Comptroller!
