I heard the blob light kinda worked and didn't do a real amazing job of lighting.

I'm thinking of composing on the GBC for a song and wanted to go for something simple but effective.

Use a small flat tip! It should wedge in between the opposing halves of the stripped out screw and you should be able to torque it off.

Stripped out philips, use a flat tip screwdriver of comparable size and you should be able to remove the screw easy.
