That's a very good point! I agree. I think what I meant when I started the thread was 'how did you get your head around the software in the beginning'. When I first started using LSDJ, having no experience whatsoever with trackers or any software based music for that matter, I was confused as all hell. Just interested to hear how others conquered the initial WTF phase. Unless I was the only one who experienced this?

Although I have only just started my venture into the chipworld... I feel as though I have already developed a sound. I started out thinking I would work on a project which would be mellow, instrumental hip hop..... But what I ended up with was something quite different, quite magical indeed...
Here's what influences my music now:
MORTICIAN
(early) NAPALM DEATH
SUNN O)))
SLEEP (this album only though)
WATCH THIS SPACE! Hopefully should have some stuff recorded soon enough
