I like "weird" names.  People say I have a "weird" name but it's only unique here in the U.S.

Kitsch and Nonefinite are both great but i would totally prefer nonfinite on this one, the cart comes loaded with a song that can come helpful on learning things, and it comes with STICKERS! big_smile

You can get tons of songs to use as examples and learning guides from lsdsng.com as well.

I could have sworn that back in the day, before the USB carts were released, people could buy EMS carts straight from the Chinese supplier.  Is that a valid memory?  A quick google search did not yield any EMS suppliers so maybe I'm mistaking.

I email him asking about these not too long ago and never received a response.

Kitsch-bent.com and nonelectronics.com are both great vendors.  Do not use djtransformer.  I repeat, DO NOT use transformer.

They aren't Europe though but I'd still recommend.

Yea, pro sounding the super game boy might be wise. The clones sound like they might be a bad investment though.

If you want perfect game emulation then yea it's a bad investment but if you're going to be writing songs via Super Gameboy it's not so bad. I generally run the audio into my mixer and to my monitors so sound wise it is good. The clones are a good option if you can't find something and want something cheap but I would go with the real thing.

I will be writing/playing music on it but I want it available to use for regular games as well.  So now I will just have to sit on eBay and hope i can win a couple SNES's for cheap.

Yea, I've read they have problems.  The idea of having 3-in-1 for my attempted project sound cool but I don't want to risk games not working.  Maybe I'll get one and try it out a bunch then if I find no problems, ill go from there. If it sucks, then ill sell it.

Yea, I guess that statement was harsh.  It's just that people make fun of me and mock me all the time.  It gets annoying.

I've been googling information on clones and every time I think I find an answer, I find conflicting information on a different forum.  So, I've decided to ask here...

I need a SNES (2 actually) to use Super Gameboys on for a project but also still be useable for games.  Then I started thinking about getting a couple of those multi system clones.  The one that seems to have the better reviews is the RetroN 3 (except for it's controllers) but I need to know how compatible it is.  Some people say it isn't compatible with much or has a lot of problems and others say it works perfect with everything.

So, my main question is, does anyone have experience with one?  Are they worth it and will they work with anything I throw at it?  Particularly Super Gameboy but also all other games?

Sorry for my bad english.

What is the correct sentence?

i have read that gameboy  pocket is the worse before of micro

People seem to dislike the sound of the pocket (emits an annoying hum) but they sound better than the SP.  I personally think the pocket is even better than the color.  And there was a rumor that the pocket would kill the batteries in EMS carts but I have 2 EMS carts and 2 bleepbloop carts that I regularly use in my pocket and I have yet had to change a battery.

But sp support much better table and have portability smile

The Gameboy Pocket is a good option.  Not as small as an SP but still a good size.  I use a pocket for writing and a regular DMG for recording.

i find when i was dmg, dmg break, dmg sad, so then i was sp! but i when i was sp, i was sad, so then i was a new dmg.

I'm assuming English is their second language.  Why must you mock them?  You native English speakers can be such argh.

Yea you can install it the way you want.  Shouldn't be a problem I'm sure.

Well, I'll give it another go sometime soon.  I'll just make sure I get some flux core solder first like TimBob said.
