Topic: FS/FT: Super Gameboy Cart for SNES, near mint condition. (4 replies, posted in Trading Post)
I've got a super Gameboy cart for an SNES sitting on my desk, unused and in pretty good condition (the spots on the back of the cart are just dust).
It's never been used in an SNES (I don't even own one!), and I don't think I'll ever purchase one, so I'm more than happy to get rid of this thing.
I dunno how much these things go for, so gimme a price and I'll calculate postage; i should be able to ship worldwide.
I'll also accept a trade. I'm interested in an NL 2.x cart or a DS flash card/cartridget. If you have anything else you're willing to trade, just ask - chances are I'll want it
Hit me up at [email protected] if you're interested!

Topic: Getting started with C64 tracking? (13 replies, posted in Commodore Computers)
After using MOD-style trackers like Renoise and klystrack, I really wanna get into Commodore tracking.
I just wanna ask what emulator I should use, and what tracker should I start off with? If it helps, I've been working with LSDJ and Renoise mostly.
Cheers.

Re: Have net labels helped you? (43 replies, posted in General Discussion)
I'm not yet signed with or released any music on a netlabel yet, but I'm pretty good mates with Arnie of Datathrash.
Ever since he posted a link to one of my tracks, I've had a massive rise in listeners and respect in the thrash part of the scene. I've had requests for remixes, releases and the like.
I really don't think I'd have reached this particular level of coverage and respect in the scene without Arnie's help (and godinpants for originally showing him the link).
But on the same breath, self-releases are great if you wanna be in total control of what you release and when. I hate creating deadlines and pushing myself to reach them, but sometimes that attitude doesn't go down too well with label owners (luckily Arnie and most other chip label owners are swell guys).

I have some more questions, is there a wiki or something with the name of different kind of song + exemple playable? (when I say song I mean 1 or 2sec in a music) usually used on chiptune, I listen a lot of chiptune but for exemple if I want to do the same thing and I want to ask on the forums, how do I know the name of this "song"?
I have another question, I love dubmood, and I was wondering if those songs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzN5H0-FcPA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_dFddzIN28 are possible to do with a gameboy.I hope you understand what I mean, sorry for my english.
Don't worry, your english is fine!
These songs are somewhat possible, but you probably won't be able to get the exact instrument sounds, seeing as those tracks were more than likely composed on more advanced platforms.
You could get the notes and sequencing and everything else, and you could try and emulate the sound as good as possible.
Almost anything's possible!
