you always seem to strike Gold when you write Juan. Fucking love this!!!!

Thanks guys. This was pretty fun to do with Thunderface. I remember texting Thunder and telling him it's much easier to get a fuller sounding song at 255 bpms on a color. And thus this release is born. Who knows what the next Prime Thunder album will sound like. Maybe 15 second songs ha!

Optimus Chad will be there

Hi everyone. My artist name is Optimus Chad. Much like you I write chiptune music and I use a gameboy and LSDJ. I have a friend who does film and television who is trying to get funding together to do a documentary about my young and up coming career as well as a new perspective on chip music through some other artists and talents I meet along the way. Every penny helps so anything you would like to throw our way would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link:

Is there a way to purge the carts sav file to start over once you backed up your songs? I read the manual and can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just got Nanoloop 2.1 for my GBA and I am not entirely understanding how to save songs on it. I read the tutorial and still can't seem to get it to work. I also can't figure out how to change the name of the file. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just ordered a PS/2 Keyboard modded to use with LSDJ and I can not get it work. I bought it from Greightbit.com and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I looked on the help section of this forum and I do not get the purge sequencer screen at all when I hook up the Keyboard and set snyc to it. I am running the latest version of LSDJ. Any help or suggestions?

do we know when we will be able to buy these and how many will be made? I am dying over here...

all I do is write straight up chiptune. I never use another instrument and never felt the need to.

I will just tell you what I do. I also use Studio One for all my recording a mixing. I got the Audiobox USB mixer that I use to record and I love it. It's easy and quick to learn. In LSDJ I use the live feature and play each channel one at a time and record them in 4 different channels. If one channel is the bass line or heavy on the drums I add the fliters that might bring that out a little more but I do not like to embellish the recording too much because one day I will be preforming and I don't want some one to say "damn he sucks live". Then I mix it down to a WAV. Then use Itunes to mix it into a 320 kps MP3 and the ID3 tagging works pretty well.

here is what loads after a little bit of using it:

I am not sure if this would make a difference or not but I do use rechargeable batteries. I woke up this morning and yet it again it would play both carts. Maybe the rechargeable batteries could be the issue?

I got the V3 backlight from nonelectronics.com and just used the the resistor that came with it.

So i just got done back lighting both my Original Gameboys one is a play it load clear version and one is the normal run of the mill. The clear one plays both my EMS carts just fine. The normal will play all my official games but neither of the EMS. I cleaned it with alcohol still nothing. This happened to me yesterday. Turned it off went to bed woke up and it worked. Any advice on this?
