That's a good start!
I made a tutorial for MuSICA that you could include if you want:

I appreciate the flying socks and Galway comparisons (and all other comments so far, of course, but if anyone is willing to stabilize my ego again with some biting criticism, go ahead! I'd appreciate that too.)
Anyway, anyone want the source files? I guess they could be educational or useful for remixing or whatever.
I usually just type stuff out in a tracker or piano roll and listen if it sounds good; repeat forever. I think I've earned my sense of melody from playing a lot of different instruments, though (besides listening to a lot of different music). Mostly keyboards, flutes and string instruments.
Yeah, this is great stuff! Cyboshellfish has to be my favorite among the bunch.
Thanks for the comments! Yes, it's all TFM Music Maker exclusively. The "post production" only involves changing the gain of the tracks.
I made a short lo-fi/noise/chip mix including works of some familiar artists and a few you might not have heard of a year ago, and just thought that I might upload it on soundcloud and post it here: http://soundcloud.com/user9420500/huwudwerkmix
happy listening!
I will give it a listen soon, but for now I'll just tell you that the cover is beautiful.
Try SoX. I don't remember quite how to use it, but it should be easy to do a batch conversion[/resampling] of all the samples using that.
Thanks, poke. But I'm not just being humble when I say that your puts mine to shame
Big thanks to rico zerone for all curating and communication, all musicians involved and
for the lovely cover art.
Agreed!
Yeah, really! I can't really think of a better looking computer, either.

Nice to see TWO MSX tracks. Good job to all other, too.
Kunaki is a great service. The only thing I don't like about labels using it is that the order page gets a little cluttered. I mean, look at the HHH Kunaki page for example. It's pretty busy, and there is no order button on each individual page. I've actually heard a few people say they passed on buying my CD because they didn't feel like fucking with Kunaki.
A label a friend of mine runs bypasses this problem by ordering the CDs from Kunaki himself and then selling them through his website. If you order from Kunaki in shippments of 10 it's only a dollar per CD plus shipping.
They have a nice XML service, so you can always set up your own shop and ship goods directly from kunaki.
Fusion supports the YM2413, and as far as I know it does a really good job (I don't know about the peculiarities of the 2413 in the master system, but it's definitely comparable to the one in my MSX). The mega drive emulation is really good, too (not just the sound).
I don't know anything like it, but the YM2608 chip has built in rhythm samples, and then there's the YM2413 of course.
Sounds like a bass guitar going an envelope follower controlling a band pass filter (or a big peak low pass filter), but I'm not sure. It could very well be both a bass guitar and a moog, looking at the personnel list Lazerbeat posted.
